It's fine by me. What we should be patient and know how to wait, since he works alone. And placing an order based on what they've ordered takes about 5, 10, up to 12 minutes. For me, that's very good. Customer service: very good. Treatment: exquisite and friendly at all times. The food is very good. For me, I would give this place a 100. I mean, regarding the order, I mean depending on how many things they've ordered, that's how long it will take. Many of you might think you're right, but if a person works alone, they already know it takes a little longer, and they should respect that and not talk badly about this man's business or throw it overboard. Be patient and get used to waiting. Let's always respect each other for the good of the community. Well, my friend, you're a great salesperson. I'll always go whenever I can. Peace, love, and blessings to everyone. Keep it up, and let's be better people when communicating with other diners.

The best durum I've ever eaten. The only drawback is that there's only one guy working, who doesn't stop, and you have to wait a bit for your order, but the result is worth it.
